Kind words from Penny and Cliff

I just wanted to share Penny's words as it made me happy that I am achieving what I'm aiming for.

My favourite thing about being a Photographer at a wedding is that I can have a part in making the day special for the Bride and Groom. For helping them feel relaxed. It was such a pleasure to be part of Penny and Cliff's wedding and I had such a great day with this beautiful, lovely couple.

What a lovely and wonderfully talented photographer she is!
Nicola was the photographer for our wedding in April and we can not sing her praises enough!

Very professional, constantly in contact, very organised, you feel that your special day is safe in her hands and that you will be able to count on her every step of the way to be professional, helpful, timely and reliable!

The photos are stunning! We could not have asked for more! It was very very important to us that our day was caught in a natural, candid way.... And as we look back on them now we feel the love we felt on that day, the pictures captured special moments we would never have been to remember so clearly without them! Nicola captured something very special in her beautiful photos and that was the happiness and emotion of that day! We are in love with these pictures!

Finally Nicola herself! What a pleasant and lovely lady she is! She was a very calming influence throughout the day. Her ease and charm helped what could have been a hectic day run smoothly and stress free! She allowed us to take our time and be ourselves! Always smiling and genuinely happy for us! So happy to have had her there!

A long review, but we can not recommend her enough.. For her professionalism, talent and lovely self!

Tom & Dena- Part 1

I have to admit that I knew Tom and Dena's wedding was going to be something pretty special. Beautiful bride, dashing groom and heaps of style equate to an aesthetically pleasing and excellently fun day. I though-rally enjoyed photographing every part of their day.

I loved this wedding so so much. The loveliest people, a beautiful bride and dashing groom, and the most interesting venue I've photographed so far. Oh and did I mention the portrait artist who drew the guests as if they were cats. I'm enjoying myself with the editing.

Details, details

Jackie and Ron's wedding was such a lovely day. Their love and personalities shone through the entire day as they greeted friends and loved one's, kissed and danced their first dance beautifully.
Jackie is one of the most elegant women I've known. She looked so lovely on her day, it was a pleasure to photograph her.

Simon & Sariah Big Day

Some of the pictures from Sariah and Simon's lovely day.
I had the much welcomed and enjoyed help of a friend on this wedding. Dennis had flown over from Germany for Simon's big day (they go way back) and wanted his gift to Simon and Sariah to be the photos he took at the wedding. I gained myself a brilliant second photographer and the fun of having a friend to photograph with rather than flying solo.
Dennis' images are edited alongside mine and I can happily credit him for the wonderful natural shots of the bride and groom and also the family while I was taking the more formal shots. Things are much easier in a team I felt like I could be everywhere and count on another wonderful perspective for some fantastic shots.

It also made the drive back to Chorley much more enjoyable (darkness shrouded the countryside which made for a much more visually boring drive)

Such Fun!

I had the pleasure yesterday of doing some engagement photos for the most wonderful couple. I can't wait to put some of the pictures up here. It was wonderful to see a person I have known as a dignified hard working woman, who I've admired for her grace and loveliness, so happy with a man who clearly loves her.
It is such a delight to photograph love.
